2017 Oktoberfest Vendor & Sponsor Registration


Welcome to the first annual Sayler Park Oktoberfest!

The event will be held in the Sayler Park Town Square (Nelson Sayler Park) on Gracely Drive & Monitor Ave Saturday, August 26, 4:00-10:00 p.m.

Sponsors:

Corporate Sponsorship for this event is $400 (non-refundable) and provides you with advertisement on the official Oktoberbest 2017 t-shirt as well as the Oktoberfest website.

Vendors:

The participation fee for this event is $30 for non-food vendors or $100 for food vendors.  All participation fees are non-refundable, and you must provide your own table & chairs for your assigned space.  Vendors keep all proceeds made.  Food vendors must comply with applicable local laws.

On the day of the event, please bring a copy of your email confirmation.  You are invited to set up any time after 9:00 a.m.  Please be considerate of our customers and neighbors by moving your vehicle down the street after set-up.
